FerroTec Corporation, was founded in September 1980 to import and sell ferrofluid and ferrofluidic products, is a public company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. It has manufacturing, sales and service facilities worldwide.

Shanghai Shenhe Thermo-Manetics Electronics Co., Ltd. was located in Baoshan Urban Industrial Garden which is one of the Economic Development Districts in Shanghai P.R.China, she is another Hi-Tech & Modern Foreign-Venture enterprise set up by FerroTec Corporation, following the establishment of Hangzhou Dahe Thermo-Manetics Electronics Co., Ltd.
Since 1995,our company has exerted to work on the DBC technical study and develop. Today, we have set up the largest scaled assembly line in China about direct bond copper ceramic substrates whose output is 500,000/pcs per month.
We were ISO 9002 certified in 1999 and ISO9002: 2000 certified in 2002,and ISO14001 certified in 2000.
